Returns & Exchanges

At Eyemart Express, we want you to see the world clearly and stylishly. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Eyewear

  Place your frames, lenses, and any included accessories or cases back into the original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and adhere it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our lab inspects the items.
